I have been largely silent about Poly Big Fun 2008 for a long time. This is because things are still quiet, but we are advancing in preparing for the event. But today I have a few announcements.

For those of you who are new to the community, Poly Big Fun is a yearly retreat that we have at Bastrop State Park. More details are available at www.polybigfun.org/ .

For 2008, the event will be held at the same location as always, from Thursday April 10th through Sunday April 13th. Registration for the event, as always, will begin at the beginning of January. There will be some changes this year, most notably in how you will select cabin spaces and how you will sign up for work shifts, but the event will be largely as you have come to expect.

I will be begging for discussion leads as soon as registration goes online.
